Summary: Lovely apartment only a 5 minute walk from Newcastle City Centre. Everything this great city has to offer is literally minutes walk away - all the famous nightlife including pubs, clubs and dining to suit every taste and budget, endless entertainment venues, shopping as good as it gets and all of this in one of the friendliest cities you'll find. Enjoy all of this from your base in this lovely apartment complete with everything you would need. Netflix and wifi included. The Space: Flat 5, Ron Eager House is a 1 bedroom apartment featuring a light filled double bedroom with a Super King zip n link bed. Guests can enjoy this as a spacious Superking or we can arrange it for you as two good sized single beds. There is also an additional separate single bed which pulls out from underneath one of the beds thereby sleeping 3 people overall if needed. The apartment also has one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen including a dining area. The spacious living area includes a flat screen LED TV with complimentary Netflix powered by our super fast WIFI. Complimentary tea, coffee and milk are also provided along with fresh towels and luxury bedding. Should you need anything extra, please do not hesitate to ask! We are available 7 days a week. Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the entire apartment. The Neighborhood: Newcastle is quite a compact City, which makes it ideal for shopping, exploring or just getting to where you need to be! The city really has it all; from history, culture and museums to the best shopping in the North East and, of course, our famous nightlife. Eldon Square mall is around 7 minutes minutes’ walk from the apartment and along with the excellent range of shops has just launched a new restaurant zone featuring many cuisines from across the globe. We are also a short walk to Newcastle University Campus and a 2-minute walk from Northumbria University, so are in the ideal location for family visiting students during their studies or for graduation ceremonies. St James Park is also just a few minutes’ away; the stadium is home to Newcastle United football club, church to many toon fans across the North East. We strongly recommend taking in a game if you can, the atmosphere is unbeatable! If you are looking to see a show, the Theatre Royal and 02 Academy are around 10 minutes walk away. Getting Around: Arriving by train? Getting to the apartment couldn't be easier as it's only 10 minutes walk from Central Station. Arriving by plane? From Newcastle Airport you can get a taxi to the apartment in about 15 minutes or take the Metro which takes you into Central Station. From there it's just a 10 minute walk to the apartment. Arriving by car? Park in the Grainger Town Multi Storey on Waterloo Street which is free between 5pm and 8am. From the apartment it's just a 5 minute walk to the multi storey. Other Things to Note: Parking is available in the Grainger Town Multi Storey Car Park which is located on Waterloo Street and is about 7 minutes walk from the apartment. Current charges are £1.20 per hour and parking is free between 5pm and 8am. Required standards of behaviour - this is a lovely apartment in a quiet residential building. It is essential that the privacy and amenity of residents is respected and observed. In this regard, we will not tolerate anti-social behaviour of any kind. Of course, we want you to fully enjoy your stay here - and in this apartment you will have the perfect base for that - but please be aware that any undue noise or disturbance will result in your stay being terminated. We require our guests to have a minimum age of 23 to reserve this apartment. Interaction with Guests: We will be on hand to assist with your stay 7 days a week.
