Villa L&T is located in the small village of Grbe, only 3 km from the royal town of Nin. The town of Nin is 15 km away from the city of Zadar. Villa L&T has 5 bedrooms, with one bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, a small balcony and a separate bathroom, and one room with 2 single beds which has an en suite bathroom with a shower. The remaining 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and showers are on the upper floor, the first of which has a large terrace with two deck chairs, a coffee table and two seats. The second bedroom upstairs has a smaller balcony, and the third room has an additional sofa for two rooms and a table for day or night enjoyment. If you come accompanied by children, the villa also has a baby cot available, so that your little ones can have a pleasant holiday. Luxurious refreshment will provide you with a pool of 28 m2 next to which you can relax and enjoy the sunny and hot summer days on 8 wooden deck chairs. You will surely have evening parties with an outdoor charcoal grill, and on the outdoor table you will be able to enjoy an evening of delicious cocktails. The villa is fully fenced, has a garden and is surrounded by olive trees that represent Dalmatian history and culture. The fun content that offers is outdoor table tennis. Villa L&T offers 3 private parking spaces within its yard, and outside it is possible to park 1-2 cars next to the house. Attractions and local activities available to you are wine tours, an aquapark, bike rental, cycling, swimming on the beaches, sailing on the Adriatic Sea, and horseback riding. Visit the already mentioned city of Nin, swim and dive into the depths of the clear sea, head to the beautiful city of Zadar and take photos at its world-famous Greeting to the Sun or listen to the melodies of the Zadar Sea Organ.
