Flachau is a well established winter sports resort and there's cross-country ski-trails and a large alpine ski-area just 500 m away. In summer, there are numerous walking that can take you from the house high up into the mountains. There's also a forest nearby, just 100 m away, where you can take long walks. You can also visit Amade Thermal Spa in Altenmarkt, which is just around the corner. The town centre is just 1 km away, from where you can fetch your supplies, or find restaurants to dine out. There's free WiFi connectivity and parking facility here. The home is equipped with a modern kitchen and satellite TV for recreation. You will also find special heaters for ski boots here. Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately Concerning COVID-19: Guests for this holiday home are only accepted if they can comply with the COVID-restrictions and requirements as implemented by the local government.
