Comfortable, functional, bright apartment with balcony

Where to choose to have an aperitif; the gardens of the Casino Prado or the Casino Retiro, both of which are just a few meters away from our beloved and well-kept "Love in Cuba". Located in the centre of the old town of the "Indiano Sitges". With many memories through the architecture of the houses, the adventurous and commercial past of its inhabitants in the American continent for more than a century. From the balcony of the dining room we can see the setting sun, the western sun, the bright and kind midday sun. If one can combine reading, music, refreshments and, of course, the pleasure of letting oneself go with the pleasure of the "discreet" voyeur from somewhere in the house, it is on this little balcony. The house is spacious, bright, well distributed, comfortable, functional. With wardrobes in all rooms. In the back and facing a courtyard we have the rooms, big and cool, and of course with air conditioning (if necessary). Personally, I really enjoy this distribution, as it is not only a cool area, but also a quiet one. Also remarkable is the presence of a second balcony which can be accessed from the two double rooms. Many are our kind customers, who return to Sitges and book the "Love in Cuba", since its generous dining room and well-stocked kitchen allow for a use closer to that of the habitual residence than that of an apartment used mainly to "sleep". I like to recommend "Love in Cuba"; when I go out on the street I sit somewhere in the comfortable center, next to everything. I dress lightly and go for a walk, I find everything there. - the house makes me feel so good. And the street too -. I walk downtown, down Santiago Rusiñol Street, through the Miramar building and then: the beach. Happy stay traveller! And have a good trip. The neighborhood This tourist apartment is located on Isla de Cuba Street, in the center of Sitges, 100 meters of the beach. This picturesque town of Sitges is 35km south of Barcelona, a medieval town lining the coast. The Old town, located on a hill around the San Bartolomé y Santa Tecla church (XVII), offers a stunning architectural and cultural heritage. It is also worth noting the beautiful La Ribera beach, frequented both by locals and tourists, with its golden fine sand and its calm waves. Public Transportation A great location, only a few minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes walk to the train station and 5 minutes drive to the highway that will take you to Barcelona and 20 to 30 minutes drive to Barcelona’s International Airport El Prat (30km).
