This T1 Bis "Les cerisiers" with its independent room for 5 people is located in the DRC, it has a surface of 30 M2 in two rooms and it has a private and closed terrace of 60 M2 with its garden furniture, two deckchairs and its barbecue. All the outdoor areas of the property are accessible with additional deckchairs and garden furniture. The living room is composed of a kitchenette and a living / sleeping area with TV. The owners can give you useful advice on how to best manage your routes and suggest places to go out if you wish. They are available and they live in a neighboring independent house on the property. They will be able to respond to all your requests, while being concerned and very respectful of your desire for independence. You can also convince yourself of this by comparison on the Internet. Similar rentals are very rare. You will find apartments in the immediate vicinity of the sea but with the disadvantages already described and the loss of the exposed advantages or villas with some advantages similar to this studio as for exteriors but at prohibitive prices. The quality to price ratio is excellent. We have had our regulars coming back for 9 years now and we hope in the short term to work practically only with these regulars who over the years become privileged relationships to whom we confidently entrust our property. This T1 Bis called Les cerisiers deserves this long description because it is different from those offered by the competition.
