FERIEHOME COVID-19 FREE CANCELLATION POLICY 1) If you decide to cancel your reservation up to 30 days before the arrival day due to closed borders, or your government has banned tourist travel to the region where the booked property is located, then you are entitled to a full refund that the agency received, deducted for the transaction cost. 2) If you decide to cancel a reservation up to 30 days before the arrival day because the region in which the booked property is located is on the red list, or you need to go to quarantine after staying in the booked holiday home, or flights to our region are canceled, then you will be issued a credit voucher for the amount that agency received, which you can use within 24 months from the issuing date, for the originally booked holiday home. 3) If for the reasons stated in points 1 and 2 you canceled the reservation within 29 days before the start of your holiday and the agency managed to book the same facility with another guest in that case the agency is obliged to issue a credit voucher in the amount of payment received from another guest within your term (last minute discount, etc.) which you can use within 24 months from the date of issuance of the voucher for the accommodation that was originally booked REMARK: • The guest cannot request a refund or a credit voucher for any reason other than the reasons stated above. • If your reservation is made before November 1, 2020, our standard cancellation policy will apply, if your reservation is made between November 1, 2020 and February 10, 2021, our old Covid-19 policy will apply.. VILLA PROVOS Spoil yourself during this well-deserved holiday and spend the most wonderful days of the year in our villa. *The outdoor area offers a private 40m2 pool where you have a place to seat and has hydro-massage, sauna place and a stone table in shade where you can read your favorite book even when it is too hot while your children enjoy pool or playground behind the villa. Also important to know, the terrace in shade and the playground behind the villa have a fence so the children can not approach the pool. *The lower ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities a modern guest needs. A family bathroom with a washing machine and a bath-tub. Exit toward a barbecue area and a grassplot with sour cherry trees and a swing. * The Ground floor offers a spacious living room with smart TV, free WiFi, fireplace, A/C, and exit to an outdoor dining area and stone table. * The first-floor offers Bedroom No1 with double bed 160x200, A/C and en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom No2 with double bed 160x200, A/C and en-suite bathroom with shower. * Few steps up takes you to the attic with 2 single beds 90x200cm, 1 double bed 140x200, A/C and en-suite bathroom with shower. This holiday home is great for two families with children, it is situated in a quiet, small village Naklice. It is nicely decorated, fully air-conditioned and well equipped with all you need for a very comfortable stay and offers fabulous views of the amazing surroundings. Feel a real rural way of life, in a very peaceful and unspoiled environment with great mountain landscape, very clear air where local people grow vegetables, fruit, and products like honey, jam, olive oil... which you can buy in the Neighborhood. Villa Provoš is located in small village Naklice up in mountain area 243m above sea level and it is the best location you could have for holidays, far from it all. Located in less than 10 min drive to pebble and sandy beach, restaurants, town Omiš, Cetina River, and within walking distance to small traditional restaurant Palacio in village Naklice (only 200m). We live about 100 m from villa and are always there if needed, we take good care of our guests and in return we have our guests coming back because we make them feel very welcomed and they/you really are :), homemade cakes, vegetables from our garden, homemade vine and seasonal fruit from our garden - that is what we provide with no charge, as welcome package. The close area offers many sports possibilities. Try zip-line, rafting, free climbing, paragliding, canoeing, bicycling and much more. Experience it all for yourself! Most of them are organized on river Cetina 7km from the house. Omis is approx. 7 km from the holiday home and has much to offer. The old Croatian church Sveti Petar (St. Peter) is of cultural importance. A lot of great restaurants, bars, best beaches with very clear sea and all just 10 min drive. Town Split is 18 km or less than 30 min driving and also is of cultural importance but there you have a lot of restaurants, interesting places to visit and is very alive during the day also evening, so this is the must-see place! On your arrival we will provide a map with all local activities, recommended restaurants, recommended day tours, and other important informations, also we can organize unforgettable rafting where you can get a CD with your photos and individual day boat trip to island Brač with its famous beach Zlatni Rat on Bol with the best skippers all to ease your search for your holiday activities.
