As you enter the property, you will walk into the dining room, which also has a wood burner. This room is great for gathering your friends and family for a homecooked meal after a fun-filled day exploring Devon. Next door is the cosy living room which is comfortably furnished with a large corner sofa and a Smart TV. Heading upstairs, there are two well presented bedrooms and a family bathroom. At the front of the cottage, guests will have private use of a small courtyard garden which has a table and chairs. Ponsford Ponds offers free fishing for Roach Cottage in the main 2-acre lake with carp up to 18lb. The pond is located just 220 yards away from the property. The M5 motorway is just a 10-minute drive from the accommodation, the town of Cullompton is a 5-minute drive and the cathedral city of Exeter is 20 minutes.
