Inside, Villa Spiridoula is set over 2 floors and is fully air-conditioned (both in the common areas and in the bedrooms). Contemporary design, white marbles, large windows providing full of natural light are the keys of this special villa measuring the impressive size of 170sqm. Entrance from the main door is onto the large lounge with adjoining kitchen / dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, 4 cooking rings, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dining peninsula as well as table. The lounge has comfortable seating for all the guests to stay together, smart TV, as well as patio doors leading to the garden with barbecue, pergola, outdoor dining area. On the ground floor there are also a double bedroom and a large family shower room. Stairs lead up to the first floor where 3 further double bedrooms and a family bathroom with bathtub + shower over and washing machine are located. Spacious terraces provide lovely views over the surrounding countryside up to the Albanian mountains in the distance and are comfortably equipped with outdoor sofas and chillout areas. NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything. Wi-fi internet, cleanings, linen/towels, air-conditioning, are included in the rental rates. A security deposit in cash of euros 300 for damages is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay.
