The property is located in the heart of Malta's capital, within walking distance of its most interesting sites of the bus station that connect with the other attractions of the island and the ferry to Gozo and Comino, and the Cruise terminal. The Penthouse is accessible both by stairs and lift located on the 5th and 6th floors which measures around 200sqm. The expansive living area is characterized not only by the terrace, but also by the glass walls that allows the sun to radiate from every corner. A kitchen is located midway, separating the dining from the lounge area. The kitchen comes fully equipped, with fridge, freeze, oven, hob, dishwasher and more. The intention behind the massive glass doors was to bring the outdoor indoors. The 270 degrees, panoramic view is simply breath taking. One can lay all day enjoying sunbathing during the day and fresco dinners during the night as the terrace comes complete with sunloungers and gas bbq. On the lower level one can find the four, relaxing bedrooms all fully equipped with comfortable bedding and 3 of them have a working desk for those who have no option while here on holiday. Three bedrooms have an attached en-suite with shower cubicle, while the 4th bedroom has an adjoining 4th bathroom just across. The master bedrooms overlook the same view and St Ursula Street, which is one of the iconic Street of our City. The bedrooms are bright and airy and all come complete with a small and cute Juliet, open balcony. This accommodation comes equipped withwall hung a/cs in all rooms to cool your Maltese sweltering evenings. Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 3.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer. Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities - 300KWh- for 4 bedroom apartment free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charged will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges. Also please note that when the monthly rate is selected, the price is NOT inclusive of any utilities. Those would be paid for as much as one consumes. Water is charged at a flat rate of 1.10c per day while electricity it is charged at 35c per kWh paid as much as consumed. The payment has to be settled on check in. Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.
