The apartment has a magnificient open plan living area with stunning views looking straight out the heads, stylish contemporary furnishings, modern appliances, air conditioned throughout, Google Home Chromecast fitted to the main TV to allow you to log onto your Netflix, Unlimited WIFI, I-Pod Dock, CD player with surround sound system and Blue Ray DVD player. The kitchen comes fully equipped and offers granite bench-tops, stainless steel appliances including, microwave and oven, glass stove top, dishwasher, coffee machine and a full size fridge freezer.  Three large bedrooms with the main having an ensuite with a bath and shower,  SMART TV with WIFI, water views and ceiling fan.  The main bathroom is located between bedroom two and three and it provides a shower, toilet and vanity.  The internal laundry has a washing machine and dryer and the property provides a large double garage with remote and internal access to the apartment. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am. This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
