Situated in Pentire, a few minutes stroll from Fistral Beach and The Gannel Estuary. The ground floor of the property has a spacious dining room with TV and french doors. There's a private, enclosed garden with outdoor warm shower – perfect for washing you and your dogs off after a day at the beach. The conservatory doubles as a boot/gear room and main access. The fully equipped kitchen with two fridges is to the front of the house. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine and WC. The back garden area has garden furniture and a picnic bench perfect for outdoor dining. There is a large stone slab for placing disposable BBQs. The first floor has a large lounge to the rear, along with 1 double bedroom with a new Emma mattress and a family bathroom with shower over bath. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, the first is a Super King bedroom with Zip & Link beds (you can either have this room as a superking or 2 singles) along with a further single bed and TV that overlooks the back garden. At the front of the house there's a king sized bedroom also with a TV. The shower room is located on this floor. Access to the property is through the rear garden and conservatory. It provides enough space for guests, children, dogs and baggage to arrive comfortably. This property is perfect for families looking for a spacious home in a perfect location. We accept mixed singles aged 25 plus. For insurance purposes we are unable to accept groups under 25 and will not be able to confirm your booking. Dogs are very welcome.
