Off the living area is the large balcony with outdoor dining, the perfect space to cook up a storm on the gas BBQ or lounge back on the sunlounge and admire the distant water views. Also located on the upper level is the open plan kitchen, it offers full cooking facilities, dishwasher and a coffee machine. There are two bedrooms both with ceiling fans, the main bathroom and an ensuite also on this level. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am. This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
