On the 1st floor is bright and airy apartment, comprising the living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room which is situated at the front of the property is graced with large windows over looking the cobbled street lined with traditional Breton houses dating back to the 1400's. For your comfort the living room is furnished with a 6 seater lounge, 2 arm chairs, TV with English and French channels available, DVD player and stereo system, broadband internet and laptop computer. This open plan room leads onto the dining area and fully equipped kitchen consisting of electric cooker and hob, electric oven, microwave oven, large fridge with separate freezer, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
