Guest Access: Guests have full access to a rooftop pool, gym and underground basement parking. The Neighborhood: Bobby's place is located in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Dubai Marina offers the Dubai Marina Mall, full of luxury high end brands. The Atlantic Tower is located very close to the Mall. The Marina is also alongside the popular JBR beach as well as it offers high end yacht cruises, an extensive selection of restaurants, close proximity to public transportation (Dubai Metro and Tram), and an amazing night life. Aside from this, the Dubai Marina is known for being a very popular waterfront community that attracts lots of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with cafes and restaurants. For the energetic, this area offers breathtakingly scenic pathways around the marina, for cyclists and runners to exercise. Getting Around: The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent in this place to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi. If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a tram, train, or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus 310 goes to International City, among many others. Marina Mall, Dubai Marina Yacht Club, JBR Beach and The Walk are all a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person). If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
