Newly refurbished and decorated to a high standard throughout, this flat is perfect for couples, work trips or small family breaks. Contactless check-in 24 hours between guests Enhanced cleaning procedures Hand sanitiser and anti-bacterial cleaning products in all our properties The Space: Living Room/Kitchen – The open plan lounge and kitchen has everything you need to relax; the comfy sofa with throws, smart TV and the table for 4 to dine at. There is free wi-fi too. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to self-cater for your stay. This includes a fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster, dishwasher, electric oven with grill, hob and all the necessities to go with them. There is also a washing machine for your use. Roof Terrace – the lounge opens out onto a generously sized roof terrace accessed via two French doors. A perfect space to enjoy a warm summer's evening with a glass of wine or bite to eat al fresco! Bedroom 1 - Sleeping 2 people, the bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed, throw and plenty of clever storage space for your stay. Bedroom 2/Dressing Room – This room has a small sofa bed (size of sleeping area: W123, L189cm) which comfortably sleeps one adult or two children and allows further space as a dressing room or for those who maybe tagging along! Please note, that we will leave the bedding in the room for you to make up the sofa bed yourself. Extra bedding is provided as standard for the sofa bed when there are 3 or more guests booked to stay. If you require use of the sofa bed for 2 guests only, please let us know in advance. This will incur an additional fee of £10 per stay. Bathroom - A modern bathroom with a bath/shower. Guest Toilet – The flat also benefits from an additional guest toilet. Children - For those with infants, you are very welcome to bring your own travel cots as these are not provided. Older children are also more than welcome to stay as additional guests on the sofa bed. Guest Access: All guests have full use of the flat and amenities with full privacy. However, we are easily contactable by phone, text or email if there are any problems. Other Things to Note: Please note we operate a contactless check-in via a key safe at the property. Guests will receive the check-in guide and key safe code a few days prior to arrival. There is flexible, paid parking available just a 5 minute walk from the property. You will receive information about this along with your check-in details. This is a strictly no smoking property. Access on the ground floor with stairs up to the living area. Extra bedding is provided as standard for the sofa bed when there are 3 or more guests booked to stay. If you require use of the sofa bed for 2 guests only, please let us know in advance. This will incur an additional fee of £10 per stay. Interaction with Guests: Check in is from 3pm. Keys will be available from a nearby key safe so that you can check-in at your leisure.
