The centre is conveniently reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. Parking along the road in front of the property is free and safe. We love to share our corner of Heaven with guests from around the world! The rental unit occupies the entire first floor. We live on the ground and top floor with our adult children and our fellow pets (Bach the dog and Serena the cat) and use an independent entrance. We highly value your privacy as much as we love to make guests feel at home. The rental apartmet enjoys its private outdoor dining area by the pool that we equipped with a built in barbecue, tennis table, table and chairs. Your accommodation has also a good size balcony with a table and chairs enjoying views of the pool, countryside and neighborhood. Within 30 min drive you can plan a day out to San Gimignano, Chianti villages. Just about 1 hour away is Siena, Volterra, Pisa, Lucca and much more. Wine lovers are in the right area: we are in the heart of Chianti and have a list of great wineries where to do wine tasting even on an escorted tour.
