The panoramic swimming pool is surrounded by a large garden with olive and fruit trees. The Villa has 3 comfortable spacious and modern bedrooms with king size beds, 3 spacious and modern bathrooms, a service bathroom with washing machine, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bright living room and a veranda where you can dine or enjoy an aperitif while admiring the suggestive landscape. There is air conditioning in all rooms, mosquito nets on each window, 30mbps wi-fi connection and private parking. The use of the swimming pool is shared with the guests of the other house in the land. WARNINGS The Villa stands in a country land where you can find rough, rocky areas, stone stairs, plants and irregular rocks. Maximum attention is required. There are two houses and the pool area is shared with all guests on the properties. The green requires periodic maintenance so even noisy gardening equipment will be used. On the property live Charlie and Dobby two very good dogs, sweet and playful, they are used to living all over the property. The Villa is not suitable for those who do not like dogs. In any case, it will be our care to limit their disturbance as much as possible. To maintain the tranquillity of the place it is forbidden to make too much noise, to party. It is strictly forbidden to bring strangers into the property who are not part of the booking.
