There is a Kebab food shop, hairdresser, launderette, drycleaner and 2 local off licences. A 5 minute bus ride into the town centre are bars, restaurants, nite clubs and Catford theatre known for its comedy. Daily there is a local market, fishmongers, butchers, and boutiques. Less than 1/4 a mile away is a MacDonalds. For larger department stores visit Lewisham or Bromley a 10 minute bus ride away. The bus stop is around the corner (3 minutes walk), for buses into the town centre where you can catch the train into Central London. Or for the walkers it will take you approximately 15-20 minutes to walk to Catford train station. Walk around the corner on to Sandhurst Road. Keep walking straight down. At the traffic lights walk past Catford Theatre and keep walking approximately 5 minutes until you arrive at the train station. London Heathrow Airport is 8.30km away from the property. You can easily reach central London within less than 30 minutes by National Rail.
