Located near to Durham City, the delightful Meadow and Garth Cottages offer an abundance of space and luxurious comfort. The cottages are also located in highly peaceful surroundings, while being close enough to the A1 motorway to allow for easy travel. Garth Cottage is a superb two-bedroom cottage on one level and boasts a very picturesque and serene location. It provides a king size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (complete with a large corner bath) and a twin room with an en-suite shower room. The beamed lounge area is spacious and allows for glorious views of the Cleveland Hills. The kitchen/dining area is also light and airy and equipped to a very high standard, while arched windows and doors lead onto a pretty south-facing patio. Which, complete with garden furniture, is particularly pleasant on summer afternoons and allow for glorious views of the Cleveland hills. Meadow Cottage is a two-bedroom conversion on one level, offering peace and quiet in superb surroundings. Meadow Cottage has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king bed (which can be rearranged as two singles), flat screen TV and an en-suite wet room and a twin room with en-suite shower. Extra luxury is added with a spacious and airy beamed lounge, which adjoins the fully-equipped kitchen with dining area. Arched windows and doors also lead onto a lovely south-facing patio, complete with garden furniture, which provides glorious views of the Cleveland Hills.
