~ The Space ~ Luxury tiny living at its best! Your space has everything you will need for the duration of your stay. The studio is situated at the rear of our house and you will have your own entrance through the side gate. The queen bed has a memory foam mattress and pillows and quality linen sheets and Sheridan towels. The sofa converts into a comfortable bed, please let us know in advance if you will need this so we can supply extra linen. There is a wall mounted Smart TV with Netflix and has a built in chrome cast. The TV can be swivelled around to enjoy watching from the bed as well as from the sofa. We have a full size kitchen with oven, cook top & microwave, as well as a coffee pod machine and toaster, we supply coffee pods, tea bags and sugar also cooking oil salt and pepper. The bathroom has a ABI rain water shower head and hand held extension. There is a washing machine also. We are only a few minutes walk from the CBD of Mudgee. You will have your own private access with a locked box for 100% contactless arrival. You will be greeted with a bottle of mudgee wine and breakfast will also be provided with your stay.
