Detached house in park-like garden. It is located on the edge of the village of Hameau De La Mourre, which belongs to the municipality of La Garde-Freinet. In the evening and in the morning you only hear the wind in the trees - and chirping a few crickets and dogs barking. The village is full of quiet life, but you are safe from the tourist crowds. By car, it is still only 10 minutes to the market in La Garde-Freinet and 25 to St. Maxime on the Gulf of St. Tropez. On the 27m2 terrace you enter the living and dining room with fireplace and kitchen. Right hand it goes to the largest bedroom, bathroom and toilet. A staircase leads up to the tower, where you will find two more bedrooms and a toilet. Total 120m2 living space on 2 floors. Available are: bed linen, towels, washing machine, iron, refrigerator. No internet, no TV. The view of the countryside is exhilarating from all rooms. Just to the west, the view extends far over the hills to the sunset. All living spaces of the house are freely accessible. Next door is a small studio that is private. Pets on request! I am always available by phone and by internet during the day. Upon arrival, we will personally receive you. If you arrive late in the evening or in the morning, a key deposit is available next to the front door.
