The villa is located on the Circeo promontory, and about 800 meters from the historic center and has an enchanting position, overlooking the sea. The villa has two independent entrances, one of which with automatic gate, stepped garden, swimming pool with wet bar, bathroom and outdoor shower and a sea view wellness center (sauna, Turkish bath and whirlpool bath). The swimming pool is included. The wellness center is chargeable and is quoted separately. Wellness center: € 80 per day. The garden, ca. m. 3000, is made of steps in one of which is located the swimming pool with wet bar. In the garden there are secular trees and typical Mediterranean plants and it is well cared for, as is the whole villa. Main villa unit (sleeps 8): Lower level: entrance, kitchenette, dining area with fireplace, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms with shower box. Upper level: entrance, kitchen, dining area, double living room with fireplace, 1 bedroom with double sofa bed, bathroom. Panoramic sea view terrace with table for 12 people. Billiard room. Superior apartment (sleeps 4): small kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom with shower box, 1 bathroom only service. Panoramic terrace with sea view and solarium. Dependance (2 beds): The annex, separate from the main villa / unit, is composed of a small kitchen with a table for two people, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. Turret (sleeps 2): the turret is adjacent to the villa. The structure of the turret is an open space with double sofa bed and bathroom with shower. Cleaning charge € 180
