GROUND FLOOR - Entrance - Enter through the front door and instantly feel at home. There is a utility room to your left with a washing machine and clothes dryer and stairs that take you up to the bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor. - Kitchen - The inviting and brand-new kitchen has a Quartz worktop and integrated hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, electric grill, kettle, toaster, and all the cookware and kitchen equipment you’ll need. There is a breakfast table for laid-back breakfasts. Sliding doors lead you from the kitchen to the living room. - Living & dining room - The living and dining room with sliding doors out to the garden has been designed with socialising in mind. There is a comfortable 3-seater sofa, chaise lounge, glass coffee table, and Smart TV. The dining area has a large dining table with chairs. - Garden - Enjoy the afternoon sun in the back garden, relax on a sun lounger, and read a book. There are also a barbeque and sun shades. FIRST FLOOR Up the original teak curved banister and Terrazzo stone staircase to the first floor with 3 bedrooms, a dressing room, and a bathroom. - Master bedroom - King-sized bed (150 x 200 cm) with brand new mattress, cotton linen, feather, and non-feather pillows, and built-in storage. There is access to a private balcony overlooking the garden. Thick ceiling to floor curtains add a luxurious feeling to the master bedroom and keep the light out if you want to sleep in or take a nap. - Ensuite bathroom - Large walk-in shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. - Twin bedroom - Twin single beds, bedside table and lamp, and built-in storage. - Twin bedroom/office - Single bed plus another pull-out single bed, built-in storage, and a laptop workspace. There is access to a sunny balcony overlooking the garden with a table and four chairs. - Bathroom - Bright and vibrant master bathroom with bathtub, shower, bidet, sink, and toilet. COMMUNAL POOL AND TENNIS COURTS There is a swimming pool and tennis court complex within the communal grounds with one large swimming pool, a small children’s pool, a children’s play park, and tennis and paddle courts.
