There are 6 large sized bedrooms, one of which is on the lower level adjacent to the living area….ideal for up to 8 kids; 4 bathrooms, and two living areas. With an extensive use of glass this property embraces natural light and captivates stunning ocean views. All bedroom windows have blockout blinds. Located only 200 metres from Wamberal beach and a 10-15 minute walk to Terrigal’s alfresco dining, boutique shops and trendy cafes. UPPER LEVEL The top level has been converted into a parents retreat featuring a queen bed with ensuite (incl separate toilet), lounge and dining areas, independent reverse-cycle air conditioning, 42 inch LCD TV which flows onto the large rooftop terrace with outdoor lounge area that provides stunning 270 degree views from Wamberal to the hinterland west of Terrigal. MIDDLE LEVEL The middle level consists of a vast open plan living, 16 seater dining where everyone can come together and enjoy a meal. Modern kitchen with glass sliding doors that open onto a balcony overlooking the illuminated swimming pool creating uninterrupted indoor/ outdoor space. The sleek modern kitchen with Caesar stone bench tops is well equipped with high quality appliances including gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. BOND -$2000 NOISE POLICY Gosford Council’s noise regulations are vigilantly enforced and our surrounding neighbours expect us to adhere to these. So we are obliged to require no outside noise after 10pm (including weekends). POOL HOURS: MONDAY - SUNDAY 8AM - 9PM The property is patrolled after these hours by security and bookings such as buck’s parties will be evicted and may face heavy fines and loss of bond. STRICTLY: NO PARTIES OR CELEBRATIONS NO OUTSIDE MUSIC OR LOUD MUSIC INSIDE NO BUCKS/HENS PARTIES NO WEDDINGS OR ENGAGEMENT PARTIES. NO SCHOOLIES OR YOUNG GROUPS (Minimum age requirement 30) We will ask you to sign our holiday letting agreement upon booking. Weekend rates are calculated if you stay either Thursday/Friday night, Friday/Saturday night or Saturday/Sunday night. Late checkout on Sundays may be available on request at time of check-in if no bookings are coming in after your departure. GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY Holidaymakers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. COVID CANCELLATION POLICY Covid policy is effective on all bookings made from the 30th July 2021 onward. If there are NSW government restrictions in place that prevent travel into the Central Coast you are entitled to a change of dates or a refund of rent minus any HomeAway/Stayz Service fee’s. Please note: • This does not apply to restrictions made in other states/countries. • Your dates must be transferred to the same property and new dates selected with in 12 months from your original booking date. • If changing dates you must pay the price difference between seasons • The above cancellation policy does not apply to guests who are allowed to arrive and stay before restrictions come into effect. Guests are liable for the full stay amount and will not receive part refunds for change of mind if they are legally allowed to stay at property. • If guests are required to quarantine while at the property, guests will be liable for full costs of extending the stay.
