Brand new studio apartment in Gibraltars most luxurious residential complex. Full access to pools and spa facilities (indoor Jacuzzi, Turkish bath and Sauna available out of season). Relax on the terrace with views of the Rock and Spain. 1-minute walk to marinas, bars, restaurants, casinos, main street and World Trade Center. Free high-speed WiFi, satellite TV. Fully fitted kitchen and laundry, air-conditioned, underfloor heating to the marble-clad bathroom. After arrival, you will be given access cards which are limited to 2 cards per stay. Building access card and pool/spa passes are extra £10.00 Per card (payable upon check-in) and are non-refundable. During High Season: Access to the 8th-floor pool area is permitted only for children accompanied by an adult. Jacuzzi for +12 years old only. Access to top floor spa is permitted only to +18 years old - with a limitation of 2 accesses per bedroom. During Low Season (as of the 15th September): Opening Hours: 12:00 - 21:00 Outdoor pools are closed. Spa facilities such as Saunas, Steamroom, Turkish Bath and Jacuzzi remain open. The Spa facilities are weather-dependent. Please leave with apartment keys at the end of your stay. Please take note that not everyone in this Building is on not their holidays so we do ask for you to be respectful of your neighbours. Only 2 persons at a time will be able to use the pool/spa facilities to stop overcrowding of the pools.
