The brand new refined interior is furnished in a modern style and has all acessories needed. The holiday home has a spacious living room with an open well-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area consists of a quadruple with a double bed plus a bunk bed. There’s also a bathroom with shower.     Villa Espada is divided into two independent holiday houses, Bilocale Aura e Monolocale Cloe, that share a beautiful garden equipped with a relaxing area, internal parking space, a laundry room and outdoor shower that is very convenient when you return from the beach. Both houses have air conditioning, internet wi-fi, a mosquito nets on the windows and doors and a video surveillance system.  The surroundings of Villa Espada     Villa Espada is located in the center of Torre Lapillo, a district of Porto Cesareo, famous for its golden Sandy beaches and sea with crystal water, that reminds you he beaches of the Caribbean. Within walking distance you can reach the all main services, the history of the sixteenth century tower, ATM, pharmacy, church, medical guard. In a few minutes drive you will reach other famous beaches of Torre Lapillo and Porto Cesareo, like Punta Prosciutto, Torre Castiglione, Torre Chianca. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - Shared washing machine and garden. - Air conditioner only in the living room.
