Enjoy the diversity of the surrounding mountains - whether skiing and snowboarding in the largest ski area in the Zillertal or hiking and biking in the Hohe Tauern National Park! The cozy 63m² apartment "Top CC7" with mountain view consists of a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher etc., 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and offers space for max. 8 people. Other amenities include Wi-Fi and cable TV. On the balcony you can enjoy the unique mountain panorama with a glass of wine or beer. A children's highchair and baby crib are available on request and at an extra charge. In addition, the apartment house offers a Finnish sauna, infrared cabin and relaxation room, which you share with the other guests in Chalet Central. Here you can spend relaxing hours after a perfect day on the ski slopes or hiking in the mountains. In the outbuilding there is also a washing machine and dryer, which you can use for a small fee. Due to the central location of the apartments you will find cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk (140-400 m). The cable cars of the Zillertal Arena can be reached in 4 minutes on foot. In Königsleiten there is also a grocery store (Spar market) which is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The water and sauna world of the Kristallbad in Wald im Pinzgau is only 18 minutes away by car (11 km). In summer, the nearby Durlaßboden reservoir invites you to swim, relax, go pedal boating, etc. Only about 10 minutes by car (13 km) from Königsleiten are the highest waterfalls in Europe - the world famous Krimml Waterfalls. The apartment includes 2 underground parking spaces. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are included in the price (one set per person and stay).
