After six years at the Baluchon Portais (Gîte in Port-en-Bessin), we are delighted to welcome you to a new cottage, The Cotis villa in Normandy, in the heart of the landing beaches and its beautiful landscapes, for a stay relaxing and cultural. Ideally located, thirty minutes from Caen and ten minutes from Bayeux, you will be charmed by our beautiful region of Bessin. The fishing port of Port-En-Bessin, located just two kilometers from the villa, is lively all year round. You can find all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay (Shops - Restaurants - Delicatessens - Souvenirs ....). The walks on the cliffs, on the pier and sand at low tide will allow you to take a breath of sea air. You will also be captivated by the cultural and sports activities offered by this small fishing village; Visit fish auction and shipyards, fishing at sea or on foot, hiking trails, golf, paragliding and many more ... To relax you will stay in a comfortable villa with a garden with private pool and heated (May - October). The villa has a garage and a residential part consists of a ground floor and a floor. On the ground floor you will find: --A fitted kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob with built-in hood, wine cellar, microwave oven and all small household appliances SMEG for a pleasant stay). To facilitate your sessions kitchens, a bottom of house will be at your disposal (oil, vinegar, pepper, salt ...). --A dining room, - A living room equipped with armchairs, a spacious sofa, a flat screen TV (TNT and Netflix) and a desk with computer (IMac), - A parental bedroom including a dressing room and a bathroom, - A toilet, Upstairs : --Two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and a bath. For more comfort you will have a wifi connection and the home automation to order some of the equipment of the villa.
