The Coco de Mer Beach Villa, directly opposite Seven Mile Beach, is your ideal home away from home. Just open the front gate, walk over the sand dune, and you can enjoy a stroll along the beach or a dip in the ocean. The full-length sliding doors on the ground floor open the lounge and dining areas to outdoor seating, a built-in BBQ, and a swimming pool. This zone is perfectly configured for you; relax with a book, listen to your favourite soundtrack, have a swim or just sunbathe, play board games or enjoy a BBQ. Adjacent to the downstairs living area are two bedrooms with queen-size beds, a luxurious bathroom, powder room and laundry room. However, nothing can prepare you for the first floor, you will be instantly captivated by the ocean views which stretch from the Byron Bay lighthouse to the famous Lennox Point. Whether you're cooking in the state-of-the-art kitchen, enjoying a meal in the dining area, or watching TV in the lounge, you won't be able to stop gazing at the stunning view. Lennox Head is perfectly located - less than 15 min from Byron/Ballina Airport 45 min from the Gold Coast international airport. Linen and towels are supplied in all of our holiday homes for 14 nights. If the booking exceeds 14 nights additional fees will apply on top of the quoted price as fresh linen will be delivered and the existing linen will be removed.
