My house is in the city center. My accommodation is suitable for couples and families (with children). Max. 5 persons There is 1 double bed (152 x 203), 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed for 2 persons, 1 children's travel cot, 1 child seat. If possible, we are happy to meet your requests z. It is located in the center of Merano in the pedestrian area, right on the winter promenade, where there is no traffic. In his time it was the study of Dr. med. Rochelt, one of the founding fathers of the Tappeiner promenades after it became a tailor shop and then an outbuilding of FANNY Pension. It became the residence of Mr Rochelt's daughter until we took it over. The cottage is located near the Passer / Passirio river.
