Villa delle Rose is located in a strategic position that allows you to enjoy the nature and relax by the pool, while remaining a stone's throw from the sea and the city centre. The property is infact located in a residential area at an elevated point of Civitanova Marche, surrounded by a park that keeps it away from the noise and heat of the city but from which you can easily reach the beach, which is only 5 minutes away on foot. The villa is ideal for holidays of family groups up to 8 people. The interiors of the house are developed on a single floor, with living room, 2 bathrooms with shower and 3 bedrooms, plus 2 extra beds on the sofa bed in the living room. The house is surrounded by a large porch equipped with a table and benches for dining outside in the cool of the sea breeze. The villa is rented to a single group, who can also benefit from the exclusive use of the swimming pool and solarium that surrounds it, equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. The garden of the villa is completely fenced, and can safely accomodate your 4-legged friends who are welcome and have here room to run. It is forbidden to organize parties and keep a loud volume at night, therefore it may be unsuitable for holidays with friends. On the property there is a separate outbuilding inhabited by the owners, who share only the external entrance of the villa with the guests, and who will be at your disposal for any need while always respecting your privacy. The Marche coast is one of the most fascinating areas of the Adriatic coast, where progress has not affected the ecosystem that can be admired today in all its beauty. You are spoiled for choice between a day at the beach on the pebble or sandy beach, the natural reserve of Monte Conero located just 20 minutes by car or an excursion to the numerous medieval villages Unesco sites in the area. For sports lovers there is no shortage of trails dedicated to hiking, biking, horseback riding, golf, sailing, diving, and water sports. Hi, I'm Sara and I take care of the reservations for this beautiful house, where I grew up and where I love to spend my holidays too. The house is more than a century old, it was a farmer's house that my family bought and renovated with taste and dedication, while maintaining the original architecture and aesthetics. Given the size of the villa, a few years ago we decided to make it available for tourist rentals for a few weeks a year, reserving the annexe and a small enclosed courtyard as our space. I take care of managing reservations and providing you with all the information at check-in. During your stay I will always be available by phone, but you can also rely on the presence of my mother, who lives in the annexe, for any need.
