On-site storage for equipment and an outside shower are available. The main room has ample space for open plan living with a well appointed modern kitchen with integrated fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and gas hob. (The washer dryer is located in a utility cupboard.) A stylish breakfast bar loosely divides the room and provides a casual area for dining. The living area has comfortable seats, Smart TV with HD and wireless broadband. The patio doors lead out onto the terrace with amazing views across the Atlantic and fabulous sun sets. This 2 bedroomed apartment sleeps 4 people, and has its own access from the road. There are a couple of steps (7) up to the patio and from this point the apartment is all on one level. We allow upto 2 dogs, at no additional cost - please notify us of pets at the time of booking. Bedroom 1: has the benefit of a double bed, wardrobe, a beautifully tiled en-suite shower room and a balcony to the rear. Bedroom 2: sleeps 2 people and has clothes storage. The bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment. The main bathroom is a generous size with a bath, shower over, toilet, heated towel rail and wash basin. The en-suite has a fitted shower, toilet, heated towel rail and wash basin. The secure parking has a maximum height clearance of 2.20 metres. For 2 week bookings your bedding and the apartment will be refreshed in the middle weekend - charge £50 which will be added during the booking process. There is a communal secure store in the garage area where beach equipment and boards can be kept. There is also an outside shower for washing off the sand.
