The house is situated in the heart of Carnac-Plage, 50m from the beach, 100m from the sailing club, from the thalassotherapy centre and the shops. Main part of a semi-detached villa, totally independent from the other half of the semi-detached villa and from an apartment on the garden level on the other side. Big flowered terrace, well hidden from the street by a high wall with a gate. Electric heating. WIFI (April to end of September).
