VILLA SERENA is a gorgeous two-storey villa for 8 people, situated in the very centre of Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi. Villa Serena is around 250 square meters in size and includes a private swimming pool, a beautiful terrace, a private garden, air conditioning in the bedrooms, heating, parking, and Wi-Fi internet. This beautiful villa is right in the centre of Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi. As a result, in just a few minutes by foot you can reach restaurants, bars, shops, the supermarket, and public transport. Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi is a small community which rises up a hill between the gulfs of Naples and Salerno. On one side there is the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius, on the other there is the Gulf of Salerno with the islands of Galli and the Amalfi Coast. Close by between them is the beautiful island of Capri. Locally you can visit the Monastero del Deserto, a place which has charmed travelers such as Stendhal and Goethe, and the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, which preserves a precious altar inlaid with marble and mother-of-pearl. Of all the rich treasures of Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi, one of them is surely the gastronomy. Amongst the most well-known restaurants are the multi-starred restaurants of “Don Alfonso” and “Lo Stuzzichino”. You reach Villa Serena from the street by ascending 10 steps. THE SWIMMING POOL measures 7x3 m and is 1.2 m deep, and the pool area is equipped with seven sun loungers. The pool is available from the end of April until the end of October. THE PRIVATE TERRACE is equipped with tables, chairs, and a barbecue. It’s partly shaded by an awning. GROUND FLOOR THE LIVING ROOM is spacious and bright, and here you will find armchairs and a sofa, a television with satellite channels, a DVD player, and a stereo with radio. The room is also fitted with heating. At the back of the room is a dining area with a dining table for 10 people. Through the French windows you will have access to the terrace. THE KITCHEN is fitted with a six-hob gas stove, an electric stove, electric oven, a fridge-freezer, dish washer, microwave oven, coffee machine and moka pot, toaster, an electric kettle, and a table for four people. Important things to know: - Tourist Tax: 2,00 Euros per person per day for the first 5 nights, from 1st April until 31st October.
