Casamare is a new, modern and ecologically built house in Mediterranean style with traditional Istrian architectural elements. The house is located in Barbici near Rosini (by car 7 minutes from Porec). It has two private parking spaces and a well-kept garden with a sea view. On the ground floor is the living and dining room with open kitchen, which is connected directly to the covered terrace and the garden. On the first floor are three bedrooms with large double beds, two bathrooms and a gallery with sofa and armchair, which is connected to one of the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms also has its own small balcony with sea view. The whole house is also air-conditioned. There is also a washing machine, free Wi-Fi and a garden with barbecue and deckchairs at guests' disposal. The house is suitable for a maximum of two families or seven persons.
