This fun and quirky cottage appears more like a lighthouse at 2.5 m wide, but once inside the double depth accommodation offers the benefits of two double bedrooms, a twin room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and further shower room with w/c. Penlee Narrows is a practical yet fun cottage in the heart of Kingsand. You enter the property into the light and welcoming dining room which flows into the kitchen with a Belfast sink, integrated cooker and hob, dishwasher, an under counter fridge/freezer and De’Longhi Bean to Cup coffee machine. On the lower ground floor is a double bedroom and separate shower room with w/c, Belfast sink and washing machine. Located on the first floor is the twin room and a generous family bathroom. On the second floor is a king-size bedroom and snug living room that benefits from a traditional wood burner and encapsulating sea views. Location Located in the village centre you are only a few minutes’ walk from the beach, the shops and all the best pubs and restaurants. Parking The historic village does not have private parking; however, the public pay and display carpark is less than a two minute walk away from the property. Additional Information Clean linen and towels will be provided within the total price. (please bring your own beach towels) The property has Wi-Fi. Well behaved pooches allowed with an additional fee of £20 per dog per week. (please note this property does not have a garden). Penlee Narrows operates a Friday – Friday changeover. Short Breaks Available between October through to April (excluding holidays), please feel free to contact us with desired dates. Refundable security deposits Please note that a deposit of £200.00 will be taken one day before check-in then returned four days after check-out providing no damages to the property and/or its contents have occurred.
