The gourmet kitchen is integrated into the main living and entertaining area and is fully equipped and fitted with quality stainless steel cook top, under bench oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and a breakfast bar. Immediately adjacent to the kitchen is the dining and main living area with spectacular ocean views, comprising a eight seater timber dining setting, two stylish couches, occasional arm chairs as wall mounted flat screen TV. The large timber deck is immediately located off the living area and boasts a large timber outdoor setting, gas BBQ and twin Adirondack Chairs with occasional table which make outdoor entertaining enjoyable and uncomplicated. A favourite feature of the property - for the young and young at heart - is an in-ground Olympic grade trampoline with knock-out views. There is one bathroom in the main house with separate bath, shower, vanity and toilet and a second outside shower and toilet in the laundry. In addition there is a self contained studio apartment which can be booked with the main house or separately during the summer months. It has its own private entry and terrace with a second gas BBQ and sweeping ocean and beach views. The studio features a queen bed, sofa, TV, kitchenette facility and private bathroom with shower and toilet. Price on application. NOTES: 1.Due to the stairs leading from the road to the house, this property is not suitable for the mobility impaired. 2. This home is ideal for entertaining with family and friends, however due to its proximity to others, large functions or parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination and eviction without refund and extra charges for security, cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.
