Splendida Villa fine '800 con parco secolare

The villa is situated in Prestinone, a small village of the Valle Vigezzo ( Piemonte), known also as the Painter’s Valley, at the altitude of 800 meters, 15 minutes from Domodossola and 15 minutes from the swiss border. It is a very delightful valley, sunny and full of pine trees. From the valley you can reach by car or by train enchainting locations as Stresa which is a beautiful little town of Lake Maggiore or Locarno in Switzerland. The villa has two floors and is surrounded by a charming Italian garden. with a glimps on the Alps. On the basement there is a dining room, the kitchen with a dishwasher and two small lounges. On the first floor there are 3 sleeping rooms, (two of them with 2 single beds and one with twin beds), a large bathroom with a washing machine. On the last floor there is a large king size bedroom and a single bedroom. There is also a big living room. Very peaceful
