Spacious and well appointed, this holiday home will surprise you with its charm and funky decor!  With two large queen rooms and a twin sunroom this home sleeps up to 6 and is pet-friendly**. Please note the twin sun room is a conservatory off the main entrance to the home. The modern kitchen features a Nespresso coffee machine and leads into an open plan dining and lounge area with full length windows - allowing all day sun and amazing views from the couch. The fireplace will keep you warm in the colder months, and a heat pump in 1 bedroom. While throughout summer you can enjoy the sunny and private deck.  Special conditions:  Strictly no parties, a few quiet drinks is fine but you must be respectful of the property and its neighbours.  When making a request please ensure you have read the listing details and house rules carefully for suitability. Please include information on your group, what brings you to Taupo and who is travelling with you. Not suitable for small children as there is a free standing wood burner fire and climbing hazards in the living room area, windows open right out. Please supervise children at all times. **This property is pet friendly, maximum of 1 small to medium dog. Please be respectful of the neighbors and their pets at all times. Pets are not to be on any furniture or beds and cannot be left unattended at the property at any time. Let us know in the comments section of your booking if you are intending to bring a dog. What some of our guests have to say about this property We had a wonderful stay in this holiday home! It was very comfortable and all the appliances and furnishings were of a high standard. There were lots of nice extra touches- boxes of tissues, basics for cooking, nice coffee, the fireplace all set to be lit when we arrived and the heater on before our arrival. Another heater in the lounge area might be good as it was pretty cold in the mornings and it would take a while for the fire to warm up the living area. Other than that we loved our stay. Would definitely recommend it to others and would love to come back. Really one of the nicest holiday homes we have stayed in. Thank you.
