Chalet de charme à Serre-Chevalier

Come spend an exceptional stay in our family chalet (14 p) in Serre-Chevalier. You want to recharge your batteries, discover the multiple gems of this region at any season, do not hesitate to contact us. Whatever the season, you will be there. Enjoy one of the most beautiful French ski areas in winter (alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing) ... The Serre-Chevalier - Chantemerle slopes are accessible by car (5 minutes) or by free shuttle from the house. In summer, the playground is unlimited, hiking, white water sports, climbing, swimming pool, Serre-Ponçon lake. In the fall the mountain ignites, the climate is mild and all the walks are accessible. In the spring, ski touring is at the rendezvous and nature suddenly awakens. June is magical for flowering. The chalet offers sleeping capacity for 16 people, but we recommend it for 12 to 14 people. It is organized as follows: - On the ground floor: a small garage for various equipment (shoes, skis, etc.), a bedroom with two bunk beds, two bedrooms with a pull-out bed each, a bedroom with a King size bed, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed cm, 2 bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet each. - On the first floor: a very spacious space with an open kitchen with bar, a large dining room and a cathedral lounge (with fireplace). On this floor you also have a toilet, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with sink and bathtub. - A large mezzanine which is composed of three spaces: a TV corner, an alcove with two single extra beds and a sleeping space under the roof with a very nice double sofa bed. The terrace on the first floor allows you to enjoy the sun all year round, to take your meals outside. The deckchairs are at your fingertips. The chalet is very well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, various kitchen equipment, high chair, changing table, baby cots, etc.). It is equipped with WIFI. It is a family chalet so we count on your seriousness to take care of it ... as if it were your home. We leave things on site, but you will have enough space to store your belongings. We provide bath towels if necessary. However you will need to bring your sheets. Otherwise, you can easily rent them at the following address (5 minutes from the house by car): The keys will be given to you upon arrival at the chalet. The cleaning is done after your visit. Nevertheless we ask you to leave the chalet in a clean condition: vacuum cleaner passed and basic cleaning carried out. The chalet is located 5 minutes by car from Briançon and Chantemerle where you will find all the necessary shops. A shuttle bus which passes 5 minutes on foot from the house drops you off at the foot of the Chantemerle posts. Accessible by train (TGV Oulx then 1 hour shuttle to Briançon or Briançon station).
