WG GF 1_0504: The large family apartment consists of two separate units on the ground floor of the house, namely the WG 04 & 05. Both apartments are located in the left wing of the house and each have a separate, barrier-free access, and are therefore suitable for wheelchair users. They have a total size of 197 square meters, and are with a total of 5 bedrooms for max. 12 persons, plus 2 infants up to 3 years. In each of the two Fewo's you come in when entering a large hallway. From here you can get in both apartments in all rooms. All bedrooms are equipped with 1 double bed and a large wardrobe. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, apartment 5 has 3 bedrooms, one with a separate dressing room. Both in the apartment 5, and also in the apartment 4 you can look forward to a spacious living room with sofa bed and open, fully equipped kitchen. From both living rooms you also have access to the terraces, which are right next to each other. The bathrooms are spacious, each with a walk-in shower. In addition, you will find in Fewo 5 also a child seat for the toilet. The apartment complex - Ferienresidenz Zum Seglerhafen - is located in Peenemünde, not far from the Peenemünde harbor. The facility consists of 17 residential units, from the 1-room app. to the 4-room apartment with 3 bedrooms. The apartments are between 43 and 130sqm in size and are both ground floor on the ground floor of the house, as well as upstairs. The majority of the apartments are duplex apartments and extend over the upper and top floor of the house. All units on the ground floor have a terrace, the units upstairs have a balcony or a closed loggia. The house is a Non smoking object. To the complex belongs a generous Innenbreich with garden, in which a sitting area for our guests is. Wi-Fi is available from spring 2019. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, as well as travel cot and high chair if you arrive with small guests.
