Casa Felice / Bella Vista are two adjoining identical properties with both a fantastic and spacious living area with three bedrooms each and solid oak furniture. The open living space with lounge, kitchen and dining area has ceramic floor tiles. Through two open doors you come to a large terrace overlooking the pool and vineyards that extend to the medieval town of Città Sant Angelo. On the ground floor is the ten to five meter swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful tiled terrace and grass with space for play and sunbathing with sun beds and umbrellas. The pool is shared with the guests of the adjoining house, Casa Felice. The panoramic view overlooks the swimming pool, the medieval town of Città Sant Angelo, a small lake and the stunning high peaks of the Gran Sasso. This view is breathtaking. At only 5 kilometers from the sea, this domain is bathed in peace for a relaxing holiday. The house is fully equipped with all necessities and the garden is well cared for. There is sleeping accommodation for 7 people in the three bedrooms and possibly in an extra bed . The whole house has air conditioning. The villa is more than home. The property is amazingly furnished with a modern open space design to make the most of the stunning views. I can not overstate the views from this villa. You have to experience it! All amenities, Shopping, Restaurants, Beaches and historical sightseeing locations are close by and very accessible. I wish we had booked it for longer than one week. Fantastic villa, great stay! • 5 or 5 We stayed at Villa Felice this July for our holidays. We have friends living in Pescara and this Villa was fantastic to meet them and spent time visiting their fantastic country. The house is simply great! Very well furnished and with all comforts. It is not too far from the sea, which is not the best in Italy (especially compared to Sicily or Sardinia) but the beaches are simply fantastic and well organized! So it depends on what you are looking for ... During our 15 days stay, we were looking for something different. We enjoyed the peaceful and astonishing landscape of the villa and the quiet and relaxing pool terrace. The villa has a strategic position to visit the Maiella mountains. We really enjoyed climbing and trekking along the rivers. We had five kids with us, from 11 to 2 years old. The swimming pool was fantastic for them, but they also enjoyed the countryside. The place is so quiet that they could walk and bike around by them selves. They manage to make friends with the neighbors and get free veggies and fruit from their garden !!! There was another group of people in the attached villa. We've got together with them and we also enjoyed playing and swimming with their new English friends ... We were lucky!
