The views from this property over look Pandanas Salt Forest and the beautiful mountain range of the great divide leading on to the Daintree rainforest! This property is 10 minutes from Port Douglas and 5 minutes from Mossman and is a beachside community amongst the cane fields! Cooya Beach House is a new holiday home 5-minute walk to the beach! A car is essential and there is a local fish n chip shop walking distance! All other amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, are located 5-10 minutes’ drive! This lovely new pavilion style house is a three bedroom, 2-bathroom open living style Queenslander built for the tropics surrounding a tropical rock style pool with spa! Cooya beach House is a perfect family getaway! We promote kid friendly accommodation and have all the necessities for children i.e. cot, high chair etc. There is a double space open garage, long breeze way and two separate pavilions. The main living area at the front is all open with sliding doors opening onto the front garden and to the rear opening on to the pool! Kitchen is open with an island style bench and breakfast bar! The Patio contains bbq area and entertaining area overlooking the pool! The second pavilion contains guest bathroom, rumpus room, 2 bedrooms and laundry! End of Breezeway is main bedroom with open style bathroom and bath! Cooya Beach House can sleep up to 6 comfortably and can accommodate another 2! 2 double beds 1 set of bunks and fold out beds upon request! Aircon in all bedrooms! Netflix is available as is Wi-Fi! Given the enviable climate, we assume our guests will prefer to dine outdoors and enjoy the warmth, although there is a large mango wood dining table inside!
