Accommodation The villa is a Mediterranean style home on one level. It has two double bedrooms one of which with en-suite bathroom, a smaller bedroom with a small double bed and one additional bathroom. In the living area there are: a fully equipped open space kitchen, a dining area with stunning sea view and a bright living room with emerald colour decorations. Outside there is a spacious garden around the Villa with a barbecue area, a dining space and a pool with breathtaking views over the bay. Additionally, there is a romantic terrace on the roof of the house where you can enjoy peaceful views and watch the bright stars at night. Location Villa Smeralda is located on the hill overseeing the marvelous Genn'e Mari Bay. Approximately 200 meters from the beach and 900 meters from the supermarket and nearest restaurant. Not included in the price: - Cleaning fee covering professional cleaning service with home sanitation to be paid by credit card shortly before arrival. 160 € for one week stays and 260 € for two week stays.
