Villa Ambra is composed of four bedrooms: three doubles, a bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms, an outdoor stone shower and a large private panoramic pool. Three of the rooms enjoy fantastic sea views, like the rest of the house. Villa Ambra is equipped with air conditioning in the master bedroom and in the living room. To frame this fabulous house is a very well-kept garden with sea view, lounge area with adjacent outdoor kitchen, where you can enjoy relaxing and pleasant evenings and savor dinners with family or friends. This charming villa is located 150 meters from the sea. From the second entrance of the garden, a small road leads to the sea, in an ideal spot for snorkelling and "amateur" fishing, because it is very private: you will discover fabulous seabeds even in the first few meters of depth! Villa Ambra is located just minutes from Torre delle Stelle beach(Cann’e sisa), well-known for its crystal sea and shallow waters, safe for children. The coast is characterized by a succession of coves with sandy beaches and cliffs covered with lush Mediterranean vegetation with Mediterranean plants such as strawberry tree, juniper, mastic. On the beach you will find several services such as: two bars, umbrellas, guided tours, pedal boat rentals, rafts etc. Near the villa (about 1.2km), you will find a small shopping center with a great Restaurant/Pizzeria, a food-market well furnished with local products, the news agent, tobacconist/bar, a bouitque, the bank machine, the butcher and a fish-market that proposes great fresh fish every morning. Inside the village ( at 700mt ) there are two tennis courts, a football court, a volleyball court, a basketball court, a playground for children etc. Each tenancy requires a final cleaning, which costs € 200,00. The rate includes garden and pool maintenance, gas, water, electricity * (up to 70kwh), internet, TV and bed linen (sheets and 3 bath towels pp) Recycling policy: garbage must be recycled following on site instructions.
