Andar Farmhouse with private pool

Andar Farmhouse is a fully furnished genuine country house which combines rustic charm with modern comfort. This farmhouse forms part of the G & J Holiday Complex which is located on the outskirts of Victoria, just 10 minutes away from the centre and near to all amenities. There is a restaurant/pub ‘La Stanza’ less than 200 metres away. Down the road there is a general store and outside the parking one can find a bus stop where buses pass by very frequently. All the beaches are only 10 to 15 drive away! Entering through the right-hand side door, one finds himself in the very large pool-side area embellished with a pool-side shower, relaxing sun-lounging chairs for relaxing by the pool, a gas barbeque and al-fresco dining facilities including a very large umbrella in order to provide a shaded area. The farmhouse proper is accessed through a door opposite the entrance door. One enters an open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen. The lounge part consists of a very comfortable couch and there is a cable/satellite TV for the guests' entertainment. The dining area consists of a rustic-style table that can easily accommodate six persons. At the other side of this large area one finds the large comfortable kitchen equipped with a 4-hob cooking unit, a large oven a large fridge-freezer and a toaster. In the cupboards one finds enough cooking-pans and all the cutlery and cover necessary for six-persons. Hot and cold water is available throughout the farmhouse. The bedrooms are to be found at either end of this main living area. Each bedroom has an adjoining private bathroom comprising a shower, W.C. and a vanity wash-hand basin. One bathroom is equipped with a washing machine for our guests use. The furniture is pine throughout.
