Ideal starting point for mountain walks, a visit to Como, a trip on the lake. Milan is at 40km. Nearest airports: Malpensa, Linate, Orio al Serio. The apartment is easily attainable and not too far from means of public transport: Brunate and Como are connected by the street (5 km) or by funicular (it works the whole year, with runs every 30 minutes or also more frequent, from 6:00am to 10:30pm, on Saturday from 6:00am to 12:00pm; during the summer period, prolongation of the service always up to the 12:00pm). For the bikers: it is possible to load bicycles on the funicular. To 400m from the station of the funicular of Como the terminal of the Trenord railway Como-Milan, which is connected also the train railway of Malpensa.
