Free wifi, free parking nearby & great public transport to city centre. The space The apartment is located on the 5th floor. A lift will take you up to the 4th floor and from there it is one flight of stairs up to the top floor. The building has a secure entry system and a key pad gives access to the 5th floor. Coming in through the apartment door you will find yourself in the extra bedroom, with a fold-out sofa bed which can be used as a single or a double (sleeping 2 people). From there you can access the bedroom, bathroom, and living room/kitchen. The apartment has a beautiful balcony from where you can see as far as the Forth Bridges, the castle and across the water to Fife. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. This includes on the balcony. Any guest wishing to smoke needs to do so outside the building. Guest access Guests have the whole apartment to themselves. Other things to note Arrivals after 9PM are charged a £20 late check-in fee, arrivals after midnight are charged a £30 late checkin fee. This fee is payable in cash on arrival. House Rules: No smoking Not suitable for pets No parties or events Check in is anytime after 4PM Check out by 10AM - No smoking - No Pets - Children welcome although this apartment has not been adapted for children - Strictly NO parties of any kind and/or stag and hen nights/weekends! - As the apartment is in a residential building, we expect guests to be quiet and respectful to our neighbours at all times. They are not on holiday and do not wish to be disturbed by our guests making noise/ringing their doorbell etc. By booking with us you are contractually agreeing to abide by our house rules and accept that we reserve the right to evict guests who cannot obey these rules.
