Villa Granchio - Formia area Located in a residential area by the sea, Villa Granchio is a semi-detached villa with garden and access to the beach suited for 10 people. Within access to the sandy white beach and many other places close by you will be able to enjoy Latium with places such as Sperlonga, Gaeta and Naples and Rome during your stay. Villa Granchio is set over three levels (220m2) Ground floor: You will find a kitchen (25m2) equipped with modern appliances such as fridge/freezer, four gas rings, oven, dishwasher, table and chairs. The living room (50m2) features satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet, sofas and leads to the patio and garden area. There is a separate bathroom with shower unit. First floor: There are three double rooms (two with access to a balcony overlooking the sea). There is one bathroom with corner bathtub. Second floor: There are two double rooms each with en-suite bathroom (one shower and one bathtub) and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has a small balcony overlooking the sea. From the garden there is access to the laundry room where you will find the washing machine. The garden (400 square meters) is fenced and offers sea views. You will find a pathway leading to the sea with a gate. There is an external shower. There is a veranda with table and chairs and sun loungers as well as a BBQ area. Small pets are accepted upon requests. There are four bicycles at your disposal. Parking available for two cars.
