It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom, and can therefore accommodate up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace and cable television. A fenced private pool with 2 hammocks allows you to cool off and spend relaxing days. End a perfect day with a barbecue in your private uncovered terrace, or read a good book under the shade in the shared, covered terrace. The closest restaurant is a 3-minute stroll from the property, but there are many other shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the lively city center of Conil, just an 8-minute drive from the house. The closest beach, Playa de la Fontanilla, is 1,3 km away (a 4-minute drive or a 13-minute walk), but there are many other beautiful sandy beaches nearby, such as Playa de Roqueo (1,4 km or 5 minutes by car) or the popular Playa Los Bateles (2,6 km or a 6-minute drive away).
